Orange flavour: L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine (including soy beans), acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium citrate, flavouring, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose, colouring agent: quinoline yellow, sunny yellow.
Grapefruit flavour: L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine (including soy bean), acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium citrate, flavouring, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose, colouring agent: sunny yellow, cochineal red*.
Watermelon flavour: L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine (including soy bean), acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium citrate, flavourings, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose, colouring agent: cochineal red*.
Mix 1 scoop of powder (10 g) in 250 ml of water and take before and after exercise.
