Beta Alanine contains a non-essential amino acid of the same name, which is commonly used by athletes before training. Recommended use
Add 250 - 350 ml of water or fruit juice to one of our shakers. Add 1.5 g of product, shake and consume. Take 1 - 2 times a day.
