It contains as much as 29 g of protein in one serving after mixing with semi-skimmed milk. Ideal after training. However, you can also add it to a porridge or smoothie at any time of the day. Vanilla flavour: Soy protein isolate (61%), whey protein concentrate (18%), L-glycine (contains gluten), flavouring, milk protein concentrate (6%), egg powder protein (6%), colourant (carotenes), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Mix 25 g of Formel 90 Protein with 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk or water. Best after exercise.
