Melatonin tablets are suitable for reducing the time needed to fall asleep and relieve fatigue after traveling to another time zone also known as "jet lag". Melatonin are vegan tablets containing melatonin, a neurohormone present in sleep regulation. Melatonin helps reduce subjective feelings of fatigue after a long flight to another time zone, also known as "jet lag". You will have this effect after taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and a few days after arriving at your destination. Melatonin also helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep if you take the tablet just before bedtime. Among other benefits, the tablets also contain vitamin B3, B6 and the mineral magnesium, which support the functioning of the nervous system and psyche, as well as reduce fatigue.
Melatonin, niacin (as niacinamide), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), magnesium (from magnesium citrate).
Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid (plant source), coating material and magnesium stearate (plant source).
Take 1 tablet about 1 hour before bed with juice or water.
