One capsule contains up to 300 mg of Rhodiola rosea extract, of which up to 9 mg of rosavin. It is directly responsible for the adaptogenic properties of the product.

Ingredients
Rhodiola rosea root extract (Rhodiola rosea) - 3% rosavin, capsule (gelatin), filler - maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule 1 hour before the workout or anytime during the day.
